What is child abuse crime -  Types

Child abuse is a form of mistreatment that is used to harm children in different ways including sexual, emotional, and physical abuse. The mistreatment usually occurs by an adult especially the one who is responsible for protecting and taking care of the child. The child abuser may be a family member and someone acting as an authority in the child's life. It usually occurs when an adult fails to fulfill the child's basic and emotional needs including housing, food, clothing, education, medical care, and supervision.

It can be difficult to recognize the signs of a child but usually, it happens when the parents leave their child unattended at home or not taking the child to the doctors when necessary. Physical abuse is a process of harming a child with the use of power to harm a child. During Physical abuse the person will try to force a child for exercising a punishment and try to shaking, throwing, and shaking a child forcing the child into a stressful physical form or binding them and delaying sleep, meals, or medicine.

Children who are facing Physical abuse possess a few signs including bruises, burns or welts, and wearing inappropriate clothing. They will actively protest going to a particular place and talk about being harmed or building fanciful reasons for their wounds. When it comes to Emotional or Psychological abuse the person tries to harm the child's self-respect and convey the child they are inadequate, worthless, or unloved.

Signs of emotional abuse include telling the children they are bad and mocking a child, not allowing them to express views or opinions, threatening, and bullying. Sexual Abuse is another form of child-abusing involving non-penetrative sexual contact, such as impressing, touching, stroking, or masturbating.
